🏃Meerkats Multisport

Children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
All relevant forms (medical, emergency contact, consent) must be completed before participation.
Session membership is valid upon full payment of fees and acceptance of these terms.
A child can be booked in for a maximum of 2 sessions per day, totalling 1h:50 minutes and not for 2 or more hours per day if under 8 years old.

Sessions last for 55 minutes and start on the hour generally between 9am - 1pm Saturday and Sunday but timings are subject to change unless already booked.
All guardians are to remain next to and outside the coned area throughout the session.

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements. Parents/guardians must provide a contact number and have their phone on them and charged whilst remaining by the coned area.
In case of an emergency and without the parent/guardian present for any reason, the head coach would become Loco parentis and may act in the best interest of your child, including seeking medical assistance and giving consent to doctors to administer medication if the parent/Guardian is uncontactable for whatever reason.
Staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding.

All children are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other children.
Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour may result in a timeout/removal from a session at the discretion of the head coach. No refund will be due where a child has been removed from a session due to aggressive/inappropriate behaviour. If the child is deemed unable to return the remain sessions will be refunded.

We are an inclusive club and SEND children are very welcome and encouraged.
Exercise is an essential coping strategy for many SEND people.
If your children have a SEND please let us know the details when booking a session. All data is private and protected at all times.
As experienced school teachers we have a lot of experience supporting SEND needs.

We offer a variety of sports and recreational activities. While we do our best to keep things safe, injuries may occur.
By joining a session, you accept a normal risk of physical activity and team sports. We operate on a non contact basis but accidental contact can happen and by accepting these terms you accept a reasonable risk of this occurring.
In the absence of negligence Meerkats Multisport Limited accepts no liability for injuries or damage to property.
There is a first aider with a stocked first aid kit at all sessions

We may occasionally take photos or videos during club sessions for promotional use.
Customers can choose to refuse consent for photos on our booking form, or allow with a logo over faces.
You will be asked for consent during registration—you can opt out at anytime.

If sessions are cancelled by us due to bad weather, illness, or other unforeseen events, we will offer a rescheduled session where available or a refund.
Customer cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We may have to curtail a session mid way through due to adverse weather, there will be no refunds but may offer a session credit at our discretion.

We will contact parents via email, phone, or text for emergencies.
Customers will receive regular email marketing updates which can be opted out at any time.
