Meerkats Multisport Limited is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and enjoyable experience for all children.

Parental Consent: A completed and signed disclaimer form is required for all children under 16.

Supervision: Parents/carers must remain at the edge of the coned area throughout and retain full responsibility for their child's safety.

Essential Items: Children must use appropriate clothing, footwear, sun protection, food, water and any required medication.

Medical Disclosure: Parents/carer's must provide details of any relevant medical conditions or allergies. This ensures safe participation and will be handled in line with our privacy policy.

Good health: You confirm your child is in good health and fit to participate in sports activities. If unsure please discuss with us prior to joining a session.

Emergencies: If a Meerkats coach becomes unexpectedly unavailable, children will be immediately sent back to their parent/carer at the edge of the coned area.

Responsibility: Meerkats staff oversee the session setup and activity coordination but are not responsible for direct child supervision in public spaces.

Risks: By attending, you acknowledge that outdoor team sports carry inherent risks, including the potential for physical injury and exposure to outdoor elements (please note Meerkats is 100% non contact and the field area is thoroughly checked daily).

Personal Property: Meerkats Multisport cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Updates: Please inform us promptly of any changes to your child’s details or health.
